MSNCB’s FailSafe program is a workforce development and risk-mitigation solution that enables your healthcare organization to proactively support nursing certification while controlling costs. By purchasing exam vouchers on behalf of your nursing staff through FailSafe, you are guaranteeing them a free-of-charge second attempt at a CMSRN or CAVRN exam if the first attempt is unsuccessful.

How FailSafe Works

Participating organizations can purchase exam vouchers in convenient bundles, making it easy to plan ahead and sponsor exams for multiple staff members at once.

Through the FailSafe program, eligible nurses at participating facilities may attempt any MSNCB certification exam up to twice within a 12-month period, paying only for the first attempt. This helps reduce financial risk while encouraging certification success.
