What information does MSNCB collect from you?

Postal Information If you supply us with your postal address, you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products and services, upcoming events, promotional materials and membership information. If you are not a CMSRN, do not wish to receive such mailings, and would like to be removed from our database, please let us know by calling or writing us at the above contact information. If you are a CMSRN, we need to maintain your postal information in order to fulfill our obligation to you as a CMSRN and therefore will keep your information in our database until your certification expires. CMSRNs may receive mailings from other reputable companies. You can, however, choose to not have your information shared by editing your user account or by calling, emailing, or writing us at the above contact information. We do not make postal addresses of those who are not CMSRN certified available to any third-party sites, companies or organizations. Telephone Information CMSRNs and applicants may receive telephone contact from us with information regarding new products and services, upcoming events, or to obtain your input on AMSN matters. If you are not a CMSRN, and do not wish to receive phone calls, and would like to be removed from our database, please let us know by calling or writing us at the above contact information. If you are certified through MSNCB, we need to maintain your telephone information in order to fulfill our obligation to you as a CMSRN and are therefore will keep your information in our database until your certification expires. We do not make phone information available to any third-party sites, companies, or organizations.
Updating or Correcting Your Information
Upon request we can provide site visitors with access to information that we maintain on them. This includes unique identifier information (e.g., customer number or password), transaction information (e.g., dates on which customers made purchases, amounts, and types of purchases), and contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number). CMSRN Certified Directory
The CMSRN certified directory is provided as a service for confirming CMSRN status. Use of this contact information for other reasons (e.g., compiling an e-mailing list, sales solicitations, other commercial use) is strictly prohibited. If you are a CMSRN and would like to not be included in the searchable directory, you can edit your web site account or request to be removed from the directory by calling, emailing, or writing us at the above contact information. While we make every effort to ensure this directory is current, it is not an authoritative resource for establishing an individual's certification status. If an individual recertified close to their expiration date, or recently certified or recertified, this information may not yet be reflected in the directory.
